During the month of March I am offering 30% off of Personal Training. You can't be serious! Oh yes, I am serious. If you add any number of training sessions during March, you get the new sessions for $35 per.

So if you currently train once per week, add another session for $35. Sweet! If you are currently taking a break from training, guess what, $35 a session during March. Of course if you are already doing 3 times per week you are superbad. Hollah!

What is your strategy?
Most people add two - five pounds over the winter months. How did you do?

What is your strategy to take off those extras? I love interval training to boost metabolic rates. That is Tabata training. Work intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest over the course of 4 minutes. The beauty of it is it can be applied to sprints or cardio or any strength movement. Adjust the weights down to handle the required time.
